How long will it take for my item to get delivered?

Depending on the level of customization in your gear will vary the time it takes to get to you. You will get your item within 7-12 business days of ordering. Most items produced in the USA however will ship much faster than that but overseas delivery can take 15 to 45 days. Actual production processing time takes 5 to 7 days only.

How can I track my order?

When you order with Shopboomersstore.com, you are emailed out a unique order ID. You can look up your order any time here: https://www.shopboomersstore.com/track If you don't have the order ID you can also alternatively look up your order by email on that page.

I see multiple charges on my card, how do I get one removed?

In the rare event that a card receives a double charge for an item please contact support and they will issue a refund for it immediately. Support is best reached at shopboomersstore@gmail.com

We accidentally ordered the wrong size, how can we change it?

If the item hasn't been made yet, we can change the size of it still for you. If it's already on the way to you, then it's a bit tough because it's already been made. Please contact support and they will get the size changed for you, most people notice it right after they order and we can get it switched for them pretty easily. Send us an email and we'll let you know.

The mug I received was broken, how can I get a new one?

Unfortunately, from time to time, mugs do get broken in transit. They are ceramic and if someone doesn't take good care of the package it can be broken. We have no problem sending you out one as a replacement if this happens. Please just send us a photo with the broken mug and your order details to shopboomersstore@gmail.com and we'll get you a new one out!

Refund Policy

Seller will accept returns within a 30 days from date of delivery of the item only in the case of damaged, defective or wrong products received.

What is your return policy on custom and printed on demand products?

 As each order is custom and printed on demand, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 30 days.

 If there is a defect and the customer does not want a replacement, a refund will be provided. We do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customer needs a smaller or larger size.

We accept all major credit cards via Stripe and PayPal

Shipping:

How much is shipping?

Shipping for most products inside the contiguous U.S.A. is $4.97 This might
change depending on the product ordered, the total weight, the season and where you
live.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Shipping rates are charged accordingly, of course.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

This depends on what you order. Most of our products are created on
demand and we ship within One to Two weeks of your ordering, for items printed here in the U.S. and 3 to 5 weeks for products from overseas. 

Extremely popular designs might cause a Three to ­Four week delay in printing however this is extremely rare.

Once shipped, your order will usually arrive to you within a few days. In
most cases you will receive a tracking number to track your order.

I ordered multiple items but haven't gotten all of them. What's going
on?

We print our items on demand and have many products that aren't stocked
in house. Sometimes your orders will come from different locations, so you
may receive one item before the next. They're all coming!

Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)
